Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2025-11-25
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
2. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You will not misuse or interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or infringing, unlawful, or abusive content.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate law or rights of others. We may remove or disable content we believe violates these Terms or law.
5. Communications
By providing contact information, you consent to receive service-related emails or messages (e.g., verification codes, security notices). You may opt out of non-essential messages consistent with applicable law.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Notice at Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service (including code, design, and branding) is owned by the founder and licensors. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted.
Do not remove proprietary notices or use our marks without prior written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., authentication, email). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the founder or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid (if any) for the Service in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the founder and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or to comply with law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where the founder resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
